Played my own Lead BSA; framed the epic, sliced features into MVP-first stories, then built, hardened, and certified a grounded resume assistant end-to-end.

Extended the resume agent into a self-serve playground — draft KB tuning with live pipeline traces, publish-to-share with passkey auth, and a cost-conscious quota + cache degradation model.
Dual-mode agent builder: 30-min in-memory draft sessions with step-level debugging, 7-day Supabase share links with 48h live LLM window, then cache-only answers — triple-gate quotas across Cloudflare KV, FastAPI, and provider pools.

Designed the safety-vs-AI tiering so conversational AI never blocks sub-10ms safety alerts, and scoped a zero-download demo for instant onboarding.
Safety-critical IoT platform: EdgeSpeak (ESP32) edge devices over MQTT, NL-to-SQL, RAG, and a 3-tier latency architecture.

Spring Boot Selenium Framework
Architected a Spring Boot-driven Selenium/TestNG framework - custom thread-scoped WebDriver beans, dependency injection, and parallel execution built for maintainable enterprise test suites.
Spring DI for object creation, a custom driver-scope base Lifecycle bound to TestNG threads, Allure reporting, Java Maker test data, and Lombok to kill boilerplate.

Selenium TDD Framework
Built a TestNG + Selenium framework focused on parallel execution, rich reporting, and data-driven tests - with quality gates wired in.
Method-wise parallel runs, Extent Reports, Excel-driven test data, automatic failed-test reruns, and SonarQube + JaCoCo for coverage and vulnerability analysis.

Prioritized the backlog and shaped DLP/governance guardrails for AI tools alongside the team — driving enterprise adoption and saving an estimated 30% in developer time.
VS Code extension with NL2SQL, Svelte 5 webviews, and dependency graph visualization — 350+ tests (185 unit, 168 E2E).
Webex Job Status Monitor
Built a Webex bot that turns scattered job runs across ~10 environments into one live status card the whole team watches — in-place edits, threaded start/complete/fail alerts, and self-healing.
Polls an incentive-compensation platform's REST API every 60s and posts live Webex Adaptive Cards plus a PROD/NON-PROD overview of every environment.
